We document these requirements and then verify the documented requirements with the client to ensure accuracy and thoroughness before any recruiting actually begins.

Our employment specialists (with more than 10 years of combined experience in the construction industry) are highly trained and experienced in a broad range of placement venues. They are continually trained on newer approaches to recruiting candidates.

We maintain an extensive database of qualified candidates and also utilize nationally known outside services. With this large pool of talent to draw from, we can efficiently match a candidate’s skill level with our client’s specific requirements. We can have a proposal with corresponding resumes for our client in a very timely manner. Most of the time, our workers can be on the job within one to seven days.

Customized to each of our client’s needs, our recruiting process also includes our own face-to-face or Remote interviews of pre-qualified candidates prior to submission to our client. This process enables us to deliver the highest quality candidate available consistently.
